GROUP PHOTOGRAPHY COURSE, SYDNEY AUSTRALIA
Sydney is a beautiful city, a great place to visit and exceptional to photograph. If you would like to learn the basics or finess your technique whilst visiting some of the best vantage points to capture Sydney's iconic Opera House and Harbour Bridge then this is an opportunity not to be missed. The course takes place outside, in and around Circular Quay and includes Mrs Macquarie's Point, the Overseas Passenger Terminal, Sydney Harbour Bridge Pylon Lookout, and above the Quay itself. Here is the course map showing all possible locations we can shoot during the day. Courses run for 6 hours and include a sunset shoot. For this reason start and end times vary with the seasons. In the summer months courses take place from 2pm to 8pm where as winter courses take place earlier from 12 noon to 6pm. In the lead up to the course students are sent a photography booklet and CD written and produced by Lee which include his photographic tips, tricks and techniques used to capture and process your very own creative images from capture all the way through to output for print or web.

ITINERARY Location: Circular Quay, Sydney Meet and Greet - meeting point, Quay side in front of Museum of Contemporary Art (click here for map) Technical Discussion on Exposure (relationship between ISO, Apperture, Shutter Speed), and Camera Setup Practical Session focusing on Exposure Technical Discussion on Composition Practical Session focusing on Exposure and Composition Break for 30 minutes Technical Discussion on equipment including cameras, lenses and filters, how and when to use filters, panoramic and HDR photography Practical Session photographing HDR images and Panoramas Practical Session - Sunset photo shoot combining all technical discussions and finessing with guidance from Lee

If you would like some extra tuition after completing one of Lee's photography courses or would just like to pick Lee's brains for an hour or two now you can. Whether you've had some time to practice and have questions, would like to learn about some of the more advanced techniques or specialist types of photography (painting with light, portrait/flash photography, time lapse etc.), learn how to use filters or even if you just want to make sure you are on the right track, arrange a session with Lee.
