Sydney City

Sydney

Probably the most iconic cityscape in the world, Sydney is home to the Opera House and Harbour Bridge. The prime locations for photographing the Opera House and Harbour bridge together are Mrs Macquarie’s Chair which is a short walk from the Opera House through the Royal Botanic Gardens, Circular Quay and Milsons Point, Blues Point Reserve, Ball Head Reserve all on the North Shore. This is a well photographed location so you may find yourself standing in the exact same spot as many photographers have before.

Taken at sunrise I had the Opera House all to myself. This panorama taken in the forecourt of the Opera House pointing toward the city, the sunrise reflects in the glass of the Sydney skyline.
